Support Hours & Response Times
Standard Support Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. We do not offer 24/7 support. Critical system outages are handled immediately during business hours.
Response Expectations
We respond to support emails within 4 business hours on average. Urgent issues affecting your ability to run jobs get priority.
Bug reports and feature requests are triaged weekly. We ship fixes in our regular Friday deployments. Critical bugs get hotfixed within 24 hours.
What We Consider Urgent
- Cannot create invoices or collect payment
- Mobile app won't sync or load job details
- Dispatch board not loading or updating
- Customer portal not accessible
- Data loss or corruption
What We Don't Consider Urgent
- Feature requests or enhancements
- Training questions or how-to guidance
- Minor UI bugs that don't block workflows
- Reports running slower than expected
