Our Pricing Philosophy
We Hate Hidden Fees
Most software companies play games with pricing. They advertise one number, then nickel and dime you with "implementation fees," "training costs," "data migration charges," and "premium support." The final bill is 2-3x the advertised price.
We do the opposite. The $999/month core platform includes everything you need. Five technicians, full mobile app, customer portal, QuickBooks integration, standard support. No setup fees. No migration costs. No training charges. If you use Rebate Gate, it costs $199 per technician per month. That's it.
Cost-Plus Infrastructure
Storage costs us $0.023 per GB per month from AWS. We charge you $0.10 per GB per month. The markup covers our operational overhead and gives us margin to reinvest in better infrastructure.
API calls cost us $0.0004 per request on average. We charge you $0.50 per 1,000 calls. Again, the markup is transparent and reasonable. We itemize everything on your invoice so you can see exactly what you used.
This model only works if we build efficient software. Bloated code costs you money. Slow queries waste API calls. We have skin in the game to keep the platform fast and lean.
Why Per-Technician Pricing Makes Sense
Your first five technicians are included in the core $999/month. After that, each additional technician costs $199/month if you use Rebate Gate. Intelligent routing and pricebook modules are included at no extra charge.
This pricing structure aligns with how field service businesses scale. More technicians mean more revenue for you, and more infrastructure load for us. The per-tech pricing grows proportionally with your business without penalizing early growth.
Most competitors charge per user (office staff, dispatchers, admins, managers). We only charge for technicians actually generating revenue. Your office team uses the platform for free.
No Free Trial Because We're Selective
A proper migration from Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan takes 3-5 business days of engineering work. We write custom ETL scripts for each customer, map your custom fields, validate data integrity, and handle edge cases. This costs us thousands of dollars per customer.
Free trials attract tire-kickers who waste engineering time with no intention of switching. We'd rather focus our energy on serious operators who are ready to commit to a better platform.
