SMS Terms & Conditions
Clear terms for SMS communications between you and your service provider.

1. Types of Messages
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you may receive the following types of communications:
- Appointment Confirmations: Confirmation of your scheduled service appointment including date, time, and technician details
- Appointment Reminders: Reminders sent 24 hours and/or 2 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Technician Updates: Real-time updates when your technician is on the way, including estimated arrival time
- Service Status Updates: Notifications about your service status, including job completion and follow-up scheduling
- Estimate & Invoice Notifications: Links to view and approve estimates or pay invoices
- Account Updates: Important updates about your account, such as payment confirmations
2. How You Opt In
You provide consent to receive SMS messages through one of the following methods:
- Online Booking Form: By selecting "Text message" as a contact preference and checking the SMS consent box when scheduling an appointment
- Customer Portal: By updating your communication preferences in your customer portal settings
- Phone Consent: By verbally consenting to receive text messages during a phone call with our team
- Written Consent: By signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent language
Note: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive services. You may choose email or phone calls as alternative communication methods.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity:
- Per Appointment: Typically 2-5 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, on-the-way, completion)
- Monthly Average: Most customers receive 2-10 messages per month, depending on service frequency
- Maximum: We limit promotional messages to no more than 4 per month
You can adjust your message preferences at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us.
4. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe
Text STOP to any message to immediately stop receiving SMS messages.
You can opt out at any time using one of these methods:
- Reply STOP: Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message
- Customer Portal: Update your communication preferences in your account settings
- Contact Support: Email or call us to request removal from SMS communications
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any additional SMS messages unless you opt back in.

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for pricing details. We do not charge for SMS messages sent through our platform.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your phone number and messaging preferences are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your mobile number will only be used to:
- Send the message types described in Section 1
- Verify your identity when needed
- Provide customer support when requested
8. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Some carriers may have restrictions on certain message types.
